Shipping:

When possible our volunteers will ship your order within 2 - 4 days.  Orders will be shipped via USPS by either Priority or First Class. 

In an effort to keep cost down and to protect the environment your order may be shipped using clean recycled boxes and packing material unless USPS requires that a particular priority box be used.

Shipping and Handling Charges on most products are set at a flat rate that is determined by the dollar amount of your purchase.  If you are outside the Continental US please email prior to your purchase so that shipping rates may be determined.

Every effort is made to give a full and accurate description of the products offered at this site.  Please remember that most items available are handmade by local crafters in Guatemala.  Due to being handmade each item is unique and there will be variations in each item. 

If you feel the item you received was not accurately described please contact us within 10 days to make arrangements for a refund.  Once contacted, MFSS will provided you with a return shipping address and you may use a carrier of your choice to ship item. Customer bears the shipping cost to return items. Returned items must be in like new condition and clothing must not be stained, soiled or show any evidence of being worn.  Purchase price minus any shipping charges or processing fees will be refunded.
